Flogging instead of Blogging

Though I have taken some time off from blogging this summer, I have been busy flogging books. In June, I went to Halifax where I had a book launch of the three prequels of A Garden in the Wilderness at the Musquodoboit Harbour Public Library. There I met my dear distant cousins Goldie and Judy and their sister-in-law Barb Dean. Barb is the head of the Musquodoboit Valley Tourist Association and she has copies of all of my books for sale if you were unable to make the launch.

Then in July I visited my family in Edmonton where I set up a book signing and reading of A Garden in the Wilderness at the MacEwan University bookstore for Thursday, September 26. If you live in Edmonton, I would love to see you there. I hope to set up a launch of the three prequels as well and will let you know all the details of that when it is finalized.

Hope you are having a fabulous summer wherever you are on this beautiful planet (or at least the northern half of it!).
